Data controller

What the contact form collects
When you submit the form on our contact page, we record:
- What you type: your name, email, phone number, company (optional), the service you are interested in, a budget range, and the project details.
- What the system records: the language of the page you sent it from, your IP address, the country you connected from, your browser’s user agent, and the time of submission.
We use this to reply to you, assess the scope of the work, and prepare a proposal you asked for, which is processing at your request before entering into a contract. The IP address and user agent are kept to prevent spam and abuse, under our legitimate interest.
Form submissions are kept for 2 years from the date sent, unless we go on to sign a contract, in which case they are kept for the term of that contract and as the law requires, or you ask us to delete them sooner.
Service providers
Your data is processed by the following providers as our data processors. We do not sell personal data or share it with anyone for marketing.
- Cloudflare: hosts the website, stores form submissions in its database, and checks that a sender is not a bot through Cloudflare Turnstile.
- Telegram: delivers a notification with the form’s contents to an internal team group so we can respond quickly.
- Google: provides Google Analytics, only after you accept analytics cookies (see Cookies below).
Cookies and similar technologies
This website uses two kinds of cookies.
- Strictly necessary: your answer to the cookie banner, stored in your browser (localStorage) so we do not ask again, and Cloudflare Turnstile on the contact form to block bots. These need no consent because the site cannot work without them.
- Analytics: Google Analytics sets cookies named _ga and _ga_* to count visitors, pages viewed, and where visits come from, without directly identifying you. These are set only after you click “Accept” on the banner. If you do not answer, or click “Decline”, Google’s script is never loaded.
You can change your mind at any time through the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing consent stops new collection; it does not affect data lawfully collected before that.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you have the following rights, and we will act on a request within 30 days:
- Access and obtain a copy of your personal data.
- Have inaccurate or outdated data corrected.
- Have your data deleted, destroyed, or its use suspended.
- Withdraw consent you have given.
- Object to the collection, use, or disclosure of your data.
- Lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee if you believe we are not complying with the law.
Send requests to contact@nixxel.co.th, quoting the email address or phone number you used in the form so we can find your record.
Changes to this policy
If how we collect or use data changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. A change to how cookies are used will make the banner ask for your consent again.
